Nepalese Kitchen & Pizza · South Perth
The taste of the Himalayas, cooked with care.
Namaste Kitchen brings authentic, traditional Nepalese dishes to South Perth — recipes passed down through generations, made with the freshest ingredients and a warm Himalayan welcome.
नमस्ते
Welcome
A little piece of Nepal, in South Perth
Namaste means “the divine in me greets the divine in you” — it's how we like to welcome every guest through our door. Our kitchen is run by cooks who grew up in Kathmandu and the hill villages beyond it, and every dish on our table is built from the recipes their mothers and grandmothers taught them.
We hand-fold our momo dumplings each morning, simmer our dal bhat lentils low and slow, and grind our own spice blends rather than reach for a pre-made paste. It takes longer — but it tastes like home.

A Culinary Tour of Nepal
Nepal runs from the highest mountains on earth down to subtropical plains in under 200 kilometres — and its food changes just as dramatically. Our menu follows that same journey, region by region.
हिमाल
The Himalaya
Thick lentil stews, smoked yak-style dishes and hearty thukpa noodle soups built to warm you through the cold — the food of the high mountains.
काठमाडौं उपत्यका
Kathmandu Valley
Home of the momo — the valley's steamed and pan-fried dumplings, along with choila, sekuwa skewers and the newari feasts served at festival time.
तराई
The Terai Plains
Fertile rice country to the south, where dal bhat is built around fragrant basmati, fresh vegetables and river fish, spiced in the North Indian tradition.
Low lights, long tables, second helpings — come as you are.
